The traditional kaiseki dinner was a feast for the senses, beautifully presented and fresh. We also enjoyed a private bath that warmed us perfectly on a rainy day. The staff were warm and accommodating, even with our non-service dog in tow.
My wife says that the checkout time was too early.

The food was good and the private hot spring was nice. the hotel was located close to a train station and various attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful.
I went to this hotel during Easter and it was very crowded, so it took a long time to get service and use the amenities. the price was a little high, especially for the amount of people crowding the hotel.
